Fatness break!?!
Question: I want to lost weight especially on my legs to be able to wear skirts and dresses. I'm in 6th grade. I want the easiest excerise that takes less than 20 minutes a day to do.

if you are in 6th grade, cut yourself a break. fat is stored energy. you are still growing, you need that energy to grow. Maybe your body is planning on using that fat this summer to make you grow 3 inches taller. Just leave yourself be until you stop growing.

Jumping rope. Don't laugh. It's a very effective and fun aerobic exercise, and you can do it just about anywhere.
same problem here. i am fixing it tho. i excersize more often and i joined a sport team (join even if u suck) make excersizing fun not just running on a treadmill. jump roping is great too. if ur past ur puberty ages ignore the answer on not worrying. when i went through puberty i gained 20 pounds!now im 15 pounds overweight but im working on it.
