Colgate total. It protects your teeth for 24 hours. Can we all say triptophan?

Colgate Total is good. Not necesarilly the best.Try Blend a Med as well.
Whatever you like the taste of the best is what you are going to brush with the best. There really is no big difference in toothpastes.

basically the same. they have basically the same ingredients and they both have the different types, such as, whiteness, tater control, flouride, etc...
Colgate Total: it's the best and keeps you fresh. Wow, I should get paid for this commericial.
Colgate ! Crest can be very harsh to your teeth. There has been a lawsuit by a consumer and my personal experience, too.
