I really want to get lean, me and my family have weight problems, i have 2 mths!

2. Moderate exercise
3. Eat small meals frequently.

When you don't eat regular meals your body feels that you are starving it so any calories that you do eat the body stores it as fat. By eating small meals frequently your body uses the calories as energy and it will speed up your metabolism.

You should exercise at least 3-4 days a week. The best exercise is either swimming or walking at a brisk pace. When walking you should keep at a brisk pace, challenging enough but not so fast that you're out of breath. If you use a treadmill increase the incline every 3 minutes.

You should get into the habit of sipping on water all day. This flushes the toxins out of the body and it promotes healthy skin and weight loss.

Another important thing is not to diet 7 days a week. By constantly denying yourself what you want to eat you'll get frustrated and bored with the diet. I suggest that you watch what you eat 6 days a week and treat or reward yourself 1 day a week, within moderation of course.

I've helped several people lose weight. First of all you only eat 3/4 of what's on your plate, briskly walk a mile every day, snack only once a week and visualize yourself slim and trim.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours.
