how do I get rid of re-occuring thrush so bad my tongue splits down the middle?!

Question: I have changed diet, ate yogart, salt water rinses, prescription medication, it just keeps coming back. I have Graves Disease, and autoimmune.
Answers:
Just curious, you stated you have autoimmune, are you receiving the gamaglobulin infusions? My son was diagnosed with CVID but has now been downgraded to hypogamoglobulin anemia and his immune problem was found because of re-occurring thrush. Sounds crazy but check w/a pediatrician and see what they say. He had many components missing to his immune system but his pediatrician did beat the thrush. I just can't remember what medication helped.

Probiotics (visit your local health food store) - they are much more powerful than yogurt and vital for this problem, and also, make sure you are changing your toothbrush for a new one extremely frequently.
Apple cider vinegar

For oral thrush: Mix two (2) teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to one (1) cup cool water. Gargle with solution. Do not swallow. After gargling, dip a cotton swab in undiluted apple cider vinegar and apply directly on to the oral sores. Do not rinse. Allow to stand overnight.
