There is no smell to sweet! However if you are dirty and do not shower regularly than the filth on your body will smell.
Make sure you wash thoroughly and change your clothes twice a day. Buy a extra strong deodorant from your local chemist and avoid wearing clothes made from artificial materials. It isnt actually sweat that smells, its the bacteria which accumulates if you leave the sweat on your body.
Did you try different sorts of deodorants? some might work way better then others.
