The honest answer is that there is no easy way to lose 50 pounds. More importantly you must have a better reason to lose 50 pounds if you want to lose the weight. The most important thing in losing weight or making any kind of life changing habits is you have to have the will to follow through which again boils down to reason. If you have a good/strong enough reason to lose 50 pounds, anything you do to lose the weight will be easier than anything you've tried before, but without a strong enough reason, almost no one will have the will to follow through. To tell you the truth, there is no easy way. IT takes dedication to lose weight. I knew this one guy and it took him a whole year just to lose 20 pounds! Drink more water, eat healthy and exercise. And try to be more active. If your bored or don't feel good try taking a walk insted of eating a bag of chips or watching T.V. Man, if only I would take my own advice! Anywho, it takes a lot of dedication and hard work!
Okay, here are a few suggestions:

Go to the gym daily

Avoid eting junk food (and if you can't, don't eat too much of it)

Do situps

run a lot (if you have a track nearby, you could run there- i do at my school)

play lots of sports- get active

lift weights

walk to nearby places (stores, parks, etc.) instead of driving

do anything else that you could think of

Happy losing 50 pounds in the easiest ways- not all of my suggestions will be easy, though!
