What are some things I can do to get motivated to lose weight?!

Question: I have a two month old daughter and a one year old son, I have a lot of weight I need to lose and I just can't keep myself motivated. Any suggestions?
Answers:
Joining a class or support group is a good way to keep your motivation. When eating your meals make healthy choices. And remember portion control. Eat lots of veggies and cut back on the amount of meat and starchy fillers in your diet. Last but certainly not least look at those beautiful babies and know you want to be fit and healthy for them. Dont beat yourself up over it either you just gave birth 2 months ago, it takes time.

Other Answers:
work out! work out for a lot. Also diet, but eat as much as you want, as long as the food is healthy. don't take that stuff they sell in the stores to lose weight. it does make you lose weight, but from losing water (and that doesn't make you healthy at all!) give yourself small rewards after a week or so of healthy dieting. and don't worry about it too much - obesity is a physological thing too!
Be creative! Get a magazine picture of your favorite model and put it on the refrigerator door. It will motivate you to want to lose weight and make you think twice before having a second helping of food...)(
well, you have to wait at least when the baby is 6 months old, if you are breast feeding, other wise you can start as earlier as when the baby is 4 months. you should put a target that you have to lose extra weight and return to your weight before pregnancy
I have a two year old daughter and in order to motivate myself to lose my baby weight, I involved her in my exercise routine. You can use the one year old as a weight and lift him up and down while you lay on your back and makes silly faces or sing a song to him. Take lots of walks outside when the weather is warmer. You can dance with your child while you hold them. I also managed to find time to do some stretching and leg lifts while my daughter colored on the floor next to me. It'a about finding time and realizing that you can doit, have fun and be with your kids at the same time.
There's a few things you can do..
YOU can buy a pair of pants that are the size you want to be.. and let that be a reminder to you everyday, or you could find a picture of someone who's figure you would like to have (and have it be with reason, don't pick a a 6 ft model if you're 5ft) and put it on the fridge to remind you. You can promise yourself that for every lb you lose you will buy yourself an outfit, or even just an article of clothing..
