sounds alot like jet lag. which i got when i traveled fom australia to england.ok you may not have traveled but the same in ways. i untill i started back at work. was sleeing all through the day.you need a job which hours are through the day. or start a hobbie any thing just get away from couch's beds through the day.also try having a diet fall of fresh veg and fruit and excerise like yoga.

leave the light on at night! And dont sleep during the day, that's probably why you cant sleep at night. You're already well rested by the time night comes so your body doesnt feel the need to go to sleep.
