ACV - Organic / Unpasteurized or Supermarket variety?!

Question: Hi - Is it better to drink apple cider vinegar thats unpasteurized/organic etc..or the normal supermarket variety like "american garden" or "heinz" etc..is ok?

Is there a big difference in the way they benefit ur health or is the supermarket variety useless?
Answers:
Yes there is a huge difference! organic ACV is unfiltered and contains all of the natural enzymes and nutrients that benefit the health. The supermarket varieties are not good for internal use because they are ultra pasturized, and dead they have no enzymes or nutritional factors because they have been stipped of them.Organic ACV is best to use inside your body. But super market brands are perfectlly ok for things like cleaning or household uses.

Other Answers:
Dunno about the difference between pasteurised and unpasteurised, but you should go for the cloudy apple juice rather than clear apple juice or apple cider - anything fizzy is not that great for your stomach! The cloudy apple juice is unfiltered, and therefore has the pulp still in it and therefore is more beneficial for you!
