Is doing two things or more at once a talent some are born with? or is it a skil!

This isn't talent. It took practice for me to do those stuff.

surely it is a skill. i saw one person who writes in both the hands at the same time. And also you can see in some physically challenged persons like without both the hands they may be able to write in the leg!
