I'm 22 and I need at least 10 hours bc of my work schedule. I work nights and that causes you to need more sleep bc our bodies were meant to sleep at night, but for "night owls" we don't get that luxury. So during the day our bodies tell us we're tired if we don't sleep well. So it all sort of depends on what your body tells you. Plus if you don't sleep a straight amount of hours that cold be your problem
Everyone needs about 8 hours of sleep.
