the best thing that i've found to do to get your pecs and chest into shape is to do crunches with a 10-15 pound weight laying on your chest or stomach. This will give you some damn good ads and as well as a strong upper torso

Lie on your back with a dumbell in each hand. Put your arms atraight up and then pull them apart, (it might look like you're trying to fly)lower them slowly and then bring them up again. Repeat this about twelve times, or as many as you can do. Increase weight with each set.
