Is there a home intestinal cleasing that doesn't cost a furtune?!

Question: Every morning I wake up tight as a drum and moving around kind of lets gas escape. I believe its from breathing with my mouth open while I sleep?

I suggest reducing the amount of grains you eat to prevent this on a regular basis. Grains contain fiber and while fiber can help with other issues, too much fiber can clog you up. So, try reducing the amount of grains you eat in a day and see if the tightness subsides.

You can also try some an enema, but the effects will only last a short time. I might also recommend the Celebrity diet (not so much to lose weight, but to cleanse the colon). It's a 2 day juice fast that really cleans up the colon. Since you are drinking juice for two solid days, the colon gets a break during that time and it also gives plenty of time to expell anything that's in there. If you combine the juice fast with an enema, that's about as good as it gets.

If you choose an enema, be sure to absolutely trust the person giving it to you.

Eating more fiber as someone else suggested, may make things worse. so I would be careful with eating too much fiber. Fiber can't be digested, so it ends up staying in the colon only to be passed. Too much of it left in the colon can feel like a brick or a large lump. Worse, too much fiber left in the intestine will become food for the bacteria which may then produce a lot of gas (making the situation worse by making people bloated and gassy). I've never had any difficulties when I don't eat enough fiber (that is with being bloated, gassy or feeling like a brick is in there). I've had loads more problems when I eat too much fiber, though.

what's a furtune worth?
It's not because of how you breath when you sleep. It's most likely a lack of fiber and/or water. If you find yourself constipated often, try laxatives or coffee (not weak). It's very important though that you eat a fair amount of fiber and drink lots of water on a daily basis.
There are several popular psyllium-containing bulk laxatives on the market today. In some of these, other bulk-forming laxatives such as flaxseed, marshmallow, Irish moss, and slippery elm are added to enhance the effect.
