skip it. this is illegal and ineffective. It is another foolish scam for those who do not know better.
If you insist on doing it, the only people who could do it legally would be an accupunturist or an MD. Not saying that they will do it, just that they are legally allowed to do it.

In the ER and I would encourage you not to do this!
