i believe so but i don advise it. some persons feel extremely weak and tired after giving bloood during their menstrual cycle
Yes, it is.
They'll test you first to make sure that giving blood wouldn't leave you anemic. As long as you're OK there, you're good to go. I've done it before. Mast sure you've eaten and that you have some juice or something after.
