Yes. Take good care of yourself.
Yep, cryogenics - go now and wake up in 5000 years - set the defrost button
hard work keeps you in fine shape
its stops the instant you die
yes. the only reason humans die, is cuz of the lack of cells regenerating.

scientist dont know WHY, but keeps blood flowing and keeping healthy seems to keep them regenerating longer.
yes by working out, drinking green tea or red wine.
Not dramatically, but a healthy diet and lifestyle can really make a difference because it influences the diseases and the wearing-out of people as they grow older.
Anti-oxidants I think either helps prolong a cell's life or helps it renew itself faster, I forgot, but either way it's good for you and one of the vitalities a person needs to have a longer, healthier life. I've also heard eating curry can prevent Alzheimer's in someone's later life.
I also saw a special on television about how some of the oldest people live mostly on Okinawa or some other island of Japan. They studied the diets of the local people, and they found the inhabitants live longer because they have a higher intake of seafood (Omega Fatty Acids) and green tea. The special also went on to feature an old couple in their 70's or 80's, who had like a vegan diet and they just ate nothing but spinach smoothies and the like. The old couple exercised all day long and their muscles looked kind of gross, all lean under their saggy age-spotted skin, but they were in the best health of their life. So a good diet and how one takes care of his/her own body is very important for that.
I never actually read the entire Bible, but I've heard that some of the figures mentioned in it lived to be 900 years old, or at least a good 120-170 years. My 6th grade history teacher said that was because the earth was cleaner then, so it was better for the people to you know, live longer.
You can always wikipedia.org it though ;]
However, the world's turning all shitty though, I honestly don't think this generation's gonna make it for science to get there, and even if we do, I don't really see why anyone would want to live longer on a dying world.
yah sure pure ur self at a temputer when ur body is frozen but not cold enough to stop ice crystals from forming
