I spend 20min a day on a good rowing machine and my whole body gets toned. It is amazingly fast results, plus it is good cardio. Just make sure you keep your back straight, it does require good posture which is probably why it is such a good workout. I feel like I stand and sit straighter without thought and I move with better grace. Pilate's is another really good full body strength workout.

An easy way to get your chest and stomach tight. Walk straight and hold your belly. It is the best exercise, for life, to keep those areas tight. Believe me, it works.
push ups are THE best exercise for toning upper body and crunches are the best for tummy toning. You didn't ask but, walking lunges and squats are fantastic for toning legs as well.
Pilates is a good way to train your torso/core/abs. Get a DVD and do it in the comfort of your own home or find a Pilates class at the gym.
PILATES! u should try that, its for men and women and i really actually enjoy doing it..
push ups sit ups would help but dieting and other forms of cardio would help more.
