Question: I'm not tall but I'm 80 kilos..!
I liked to eat as much as I liked to doing sport..
What's the best way to reduce my weight? Please advice.

starving ur self always works
South Beach Diet has worked for me. everyone is different though. This diet makes the most sense, Lean proteins and veggies fruits and whole grains, and very limited amounts of sugar.
