how can i sleep?!


Question: i honestly don't know why but i have a hard time sleeping, the part of fallng asleep.during the summer i can't fall alseep i honestly have to use comfiters of over heat myself until i pass out, and wake up that morning. What do i do to fall asleep on cold nights? or even a safer way on hot nights?

If you lie there awake when you go to bed, occupy your mind in a non distressing way. Recite a childhood fairytale such as the 3 Bears. and when your mind starts to wander to everyday worries, pull it firmly back to the story. you'll fall asleep before you get past the porridge!

You have to get into a sleeping and eating routine where you eat and fall asleep at the right time, and NEVER stray from that routine. You might want to try doing something that wears you out for a few hours evening a couple hours before your scheduled bedtime. It could be something physical or mental. just something strenuous. Then, it should be easy to fall asleep.

Don't drink tea. it contains caffeine.

WHY NOT TRY SOME HERBAL TEA BEFORE BED? GO TO THE HEALTH FOOD STORE AND ASK THEM WHAT KINDS OF HERBS ARE GOOD FOR SLEEPING OR RELAXING. i FIND THAT A TEA MADE FROM HOPS, PASSIONFLOWER, VALERIAN AND SKULLCAP STEEPED FOR 5 MINUTES, MAKES ME FEEL RELAXED AND HELPS ME SLEEP.
well you should have a balanced diet and you can go to a health store and buy certain teas you can drink.or you can go to the Doctor and end up taking sleeping pills which aren't that great for you.you can also exercise.
