Is it OK to take prenatal vitamins if you are not pregnant or planning to get pr!

Question:
Answers:
Yes, it's fine; actually, if you can get your hands on some prenatal vitamins, they are the best to take as a dietary supplement. They have iron and much other needed resources for the body. You will feel much better after a week of taking them. Good Luck!

Other Answers:
Yes, it is fine. Many people do that to encourage hair and nail growth, and to stay healthy overall.
It is perfectly fine to take prenatal vitamins before becoming pregnant. It is actually recommended that u begin taking prenatal vitamins when you decide you are planning for a child soon.
Why would you want to? Some vitamins could be unhealthy for you in large amounts, ie vitamin A. But, for the most part it would just be a waste of money. You would pee out most of the other vitamins your body don't need.
yes its perfectly safe but I'd still recommend taking a daily vitamin instead of prenatals. Daily's are more complete instead of just focusing on vitamins that pregnant women need.
I own a health food store and I can tell you that the answer is NO. Prenatal Vitamins are very high in Iron, a expectant mother needs the extra Iron but you do not. If you are anemic or low in iron that would be fine but too much Iron can have a lot of negative effects on the body, the iron in prenatal vitamins is synthetic and there are strong links to the excess feeding cancerous tumors, amongst other things, I would defiantly advise against it.
