How much blood they will take away from my body?!

Answers:
One pint

Usually 1 pint.
In the UK it used to be a pint - it is now 500ml (we've gone metric)
It will be a similar amount in the US
About a pint or so. About 1/16th of the average person's supply. It looks like a lot, but it's not really. I've heard that donating blood is actually good for you because it stimulates the production of new red cells.
a pint
One Pint any more then you would probably have to go to the Hospital and get blood put back in
half liter
A whole armful

There are just a little more than 16 ounces (500 ml) in 1 Unit of blood. This represents about 10-12 per cent of the amount of blood in an adult, and the body quickly adjusts to the loss.
