You must join a gym and get a comprehensive muscle building program.

You actaully can start at home by doing the following isometric exercises:


1. Crunches
2. partial pushups, with only pushing up your upper torso, not the who body
3. isometric back muscle exercises
4. walking steps instead of taking an elevator
walking in general also instead of buses, etc.
5. pushing one hand against the other and then pulling your arms apart while holding your hands together.

There are many non-forced isometirc exercises you can reseach to build body muslces. You can actaully do them stiing at a desk. Also, you can carry ten to fifteen pound packages, or help people move iof you're careful.

Also, diet is important. Less fried, rare on dairy less starch.

Eat a lot of protein and work out. A great books is Body for Life. It has diets and exercises. I used it! But you don't need to buy it, it's probably at your local library. Make sure you exercise so your extra food doesn't turn into fat. Eat a balanced diet.

You need to do a work out with weights to build musle. Musle weighs more than fat.. You will gain weight and build a better looking body
