Can anyone explain how to do bent over flyes?!

Question: All I know about the exercise is that you use a bench, I'm not sure if the bench must be flat, raised or lowered. Ten points for the first person who can tell me.

Flat bench is usually best.

Lift weights from a lowered position out to either side of yourself, but be careful not to use to heavy a weight at first so you don't injure muscle and joint, as this is a rather strenuous exercise for initial phase.
Check out this site.I think from reading this you lat the bench at an angle and you lay on your chest.I know it is a workout and you feel it.

Sit on a flat bench-- and don't forget you need to be leaning forward (bent over).. with your back horizontal and parallel to the floor for this exercise.

Start with the dumbbells between your legs and behind your knees and slowly raise them to the side of your body, pausing for a second before you lower them.
