my head hurts feels like it'a suffed with cotton and it aches. Is it the flu?!

Could be the flu. Take tylenol for your fever and a decongestant (sudafed, for example) to clear out your head. Just like they always tell you: plenty of fluids to clear out your system, a big dose of vitamin C couldn't hurt, either. SLEEP. If you're young, take advantage of sick days from school. If you're not, doctor yourself up as my mom used to say, and deal with it. Get a cute friend to make you some chicken soup.

you might just have a headache, but it might be you're getting sick, take an advil and go to bed early, if you still feel like that in the morning, don't go to school, and sleep.
Could be the flu, but you could also have a sinus infection. Post nasal drip will cause a cough, try getting into a steamy hot shower to help clear your sinus. If it doesn't clear up in the next day or so, I would see a DR as you may need antibiotics!Feel well soon.
It's probably a sinus infection. You can try the over the counter stuff to fix it, but usually when I get those I have to see the doc to get his medicine. The coughing is because you're draining, and the fever is most likely due to the infection. Drink LOTS of water and be sure to eat healthy.that will help.
