What is the best way to lose weight and keep it off for good?!

you probably have heard this before. Healthy diet and exercise. As long as you burn more calories than the ones you consume you're all good :P

the best way is doing aerobic exercise for about 30 to 40 minutes dayly and stop eating junk food. it would help a lot if you eat green salads and roasted chicken !
DO NOT go on a diet that involves you going without eating healthy. Cut out junk and sweets, but eat fruits, veggies, and protein (like chicken). If you just eat less till you lose weight, your body will absorb much more if you go off the diet and eat badly again. and you'll be much heavier than before as a result.
