I want to lose forty pounds by May 2006. Is this possible?!

Question:
Answers:
Well, 14 weeks from today will put you into the first week in May 2006. Ideally, in order to lose weight to keep it off for the long haul, it's the most healthy to figure on losing 1-2 lbs. per week. So that would mean 14-28 lbs. in the next 14 weeks. Not to say it's impossible to lose 40 lbs. in this timespan, but it would completely depend on how much exercise you do and if you're eating healthier as well.

Yes. It's pushing the limit just a bit on what is actually good for you, but not by too much that you shouldent try. What worked for me was finding an hour long telivision program I liked, getting on the eliptical during comercial breaks and strecthing during the program. I found it was fun, something I looked forward to, and I lost 3 pounds after a week, which is about what you need to reach your goal. Good luck!
Yes it is possible, not allways healthy. I would recomend it. Consider stretch marks anemia.and a pain in the butt., try searching for ketone diet.
