I used to suffer from anxiety attacks and I feel for you. I did alot of research online and the only thing that I found to help is when you feel one coming on..Get your running shoes on and go for a long run. It helped me out alot!
Take care of yourself and DO NOT let those attacks get the best of you!
Mint? Chamomile? Those aren't strong enough to alleviate a headache. Hello. I am the Dr. Natural. I am some what of a pro at natural cures, you have a problem, I've got the solution. Now, I am very understanding particularly in this subject because I at one time had anxiety. What you need to do is eat a banana of the morning, with lunch and with supper. This will alleviate your anxiety 100%. It will be as if you never had it. The reason is because bananas help improve the amount of seretonin your brain produces, a chemical which helps you relax. I would also recommend no carbonated beverages or soda pop and I would recommend 8 glasses of water a day. If you have any questions or comments you may contact me, my email is coty_cassell_1@yahoo.com. Good luck.
catnip is suppossed to be a relaxant if you make a tea out of it
Try hypnosis. It really works. Also try deep breathing when you feel an attack coming on. Say to yourself with an intake of breath "in with the good", on relase of breath say "out with the bad". Keep on until you are relaxed

worked for me while waiting on principle, in her office.
Any type of exercise. Walking always helped me. Also if you are unable to get outside to exercise at the time, try stretching while concentrating on your breathing. Or pick up a book on yoga. It helps a lot.

By adding a lot of natural foods to your diet and incorporating exercise into you daily lifestyle, you will see a huge difference.
