is there anyway i can change the rough skin on my hand. w/out going to a dermatl!
Question: since i was about 27 my right hand has had to be buffed or scraped like the heels of ones feet. yet my feet are as soft as one might expect them to be at 49.

My sister had a similar problem and she used “bagbalm” on her hands. (Make sure that you wear gloves when you use it as it is very greasy!) Her hands were pretty soft after six weeks.

try using bag balm, you can get it at any drugstore. my boyriend's hands are really rough because of his work but ever since he started using bag balm they've really softened up. you can put it on at night before you go to sleep or wear it during the day with some gloves/socks. i hope that helps!
USE MOISTURIZING LOTION
Try Eucerin. It's very strong and works reasonably well, though be careful as, given that it's pretty strong, it can cause breakouts if you touch your face after you use it. This sounds kind of silly, but you could put it on at night and then wear gloves while you sleep to prevent you from touching your face.
