i dont have will power to stick to excersising. how do i do it?!

Think about the things you enjoy.things you actually like to do. Jot them down if you can.

If the majority of those things were passive or sedentary activities (tv watching, eating, napping, going to the movies, etc), you've got a simple problem of attitude adjustment. The good news is that this is all in your mind, so you (and you alone) have the power to change it.

Think about some activities that are not passive now. Jot down some things that you might actually enjoy doing with your body but never tried before. Think of things that are energetic that you do like--add them to your list. Before you know it, I'm sure you will have some good ideas and feel like "going out and doing some of these things." Some things from my list were: take a beginning swing dance class, take a bicycle ride along the lake, learn how to ice skate, learn how to properly use weights from a friend, go to a new neighborhood and take a walk (with a friend).

A lot of people say, well, if you can commit 30 minutes a day to moderate exercise, you can manage/lose unwanted fat. I also think that those 30 minutes should be enjoyable. Feel that you are devoting completely to yourself because you are really worth it! Your stress level will go down! You will feel a certain euphoria after your time exercising. It's not about joining a gym and hating it. It's not about feeling guilty for not doing it. It's enjoying the body that you have today no matter what it looks like! Move what nature gave you and find what you enjoy in this life because it's too short!

I would enlist a friend who would keep me motivated and help track progress. I would also make a workout mix of my favorite upbeat songs that always helped me.
I used to watch TV while I used the elliptical machine! I would get all involved in whatever I was watching and before I knew it, a half-hour had gone by! After a while I could go for longer- I could stay on the machine for more shows! It makes the time go alot faster!
try to make it more interesting or fun by watching TV or going jogging somewhere with a nice view. Also keep imagining your goal of how you want to look, that's a big motivator.

I recommend picking up a drink called FUZE. its got these different vitamins to help surpress apetite and stuff. i just had, highly recommended.
Talk yourself into it..You have to make yourself believe that is what you want. Also do something you like as far as exercise goes. Walking, or you could Join a Volley ball team. or a Local Basket ball team. check at your local Community Center. They will know or have Info. on How to go about it.
It might sound daft, but if you find something you really enjoy doing, you'll begin to look forward to it. Try all sorts of things and something will finally hit you. And it doesn't have to be in a gym - I found my thing waking up at 5:30 AM and walking 3 miles while the rest of the town is sleeping! Whatever it takes.
