I have a Bicuspid aortic valve with severe leakage. What is the likley hood of m!

Question: heart condition, heart problems

I know this sounds bad but you need to go to your local department of scoial services. You need medical assistance NOW. It may be a lot of paperwork but providing you with the appropriate medical care and support to get you well to hold a good job is what you need right now.

A biscuspid aortic valve means that yours has two valve leaflets, or cusps, instead of the usual three. Unfortunately, a bicuspid valve is highly likely to thicken, calcify, or otherwise malfunction. Sounds like you are there already. You should discuss with your doctor (cardiologist, hopefully) the timeline for looking at getting a prosthetic valve. Once that is done, you should be employable, given that you have some skills that others need.
Good if:

Not too physical effort is required for the task
You are under careful cardiologic control and treatment

Your employer (once you are HIRED) should know, so if you ever need a health permission he/she knows why and can help you.
If it leaks severely, you need to talk with your doc about the likely timeline for replacement. And then, assuming your cardiac function is normal, there is no reason why you couldn't be employed. For instance, I know a neurologist who had his valve replaced for the same reason several years ago. He barely missed work. And my partner (a cardiologist) is having his aortic valve replaced this week and will be back at the end of August.
It really depends on how well you function. With my leaky valve, i could barely move, much less hold down a job. With medication, i can work, study, raise kids, the works. Are you physically able to work? I realize you have no health coverage, but you need to obtain this somehow - either through employment or Medicaid. If you have severe leakage and are a surgical candidate, it's pretty serious and needs to be monitored by a cardiologist.

As for employability, unless they require a full physical exam as a condition of employment, you're only limited by what you're physically able to do.
