Answers:
if your attending college, then you should realize that all those supplements to help you lose weight are all scams and will only hurt you in the end. just exercise and eat healthy. that is the best (and only!) way to healthily and effectively lose weight. talk to your doctor for suggestions also but it doesnt seem liek you need to lose weight.

Drink water, walk to class and eat small meals. Try going to the gym it's free at college! I lost a ton of weight walking to class, well it was more like climbing to class. Good luck.
umm.. excercise.!
You're not really overweight!

Exercise and diet. Eat whole grains for breakfast, non-fat yogurts for snacks (or low fat cottage cheese) low fat meats and lots of veggies and some fruits.

Again, your weight seems to be pretty good.
Join the sport im in, boxing.
Its a really good workout, if you want to go to loose weight. you also get some fighting skills. If your lazy, then i dont know how.
if you loose weight too fast, you will most likely gain it back.cut down on your sugars, fats, and carbs.then go on an exercise regimen
The best supplement might be to eat more vegetables, stay away from white breads (use only whole grain, sparingly), move away from processed foods, avoid anything with "high fructose corn syrup," eat salads, eat plenty of fruit, eat only a few ounces of unprocessed meat (steak, pork, chicken) per day, stay away from lunch meats and other processed meats, and walk, ride a bike, swim, and so forth.

Don't use your car (or your roommate's car) for any trips of less than two miles and for any shopping trips that will net you less than two bags or 10 pounds of goods.

You don't seem to be over weight but to lose weight best is to cut all sodas, and alcohol, which are a big factor in being over your weight. Just limit your intake of food. Such as eat less food, chew your food longer, drink water, and some juices, exercise at least five times a week minimum 1 hour a day. That should help. Other than that any vitamin supplements do help curve appetites.
try to walk any where u can and go to the gym ay time u can
I was in sports, and learned how trick the body and change your metabolism.what you do is start eating small meals all day.then you need to reduce how much you eat slowly.also grape fruit also helps with a meal.you need to eat lots of fruit .
Please do not fall for those ads about magic pills. The way to loose weight is to eat less and exercise more, especially aerobics. Walking is a good way to begin.

Now that summer veggies are coming in, try to find an outlet (local farmer, for example) that sells fresh-picked veggies.

I have always been successful on a high protein, low-calorie diet. I eat two soft-boiled eggs on dry sourdough toast, a small piece of fruit and black coffeee or tea for breakfast.

Lunch is usually canned tuna mixed with low-cal mayo (I use a health food mayo made of light canola oil. It has 35 calories per tablespoon. The name is Spectrum Light Canola Oil Mayo. Then I eat as many raw veggies as I want. Tomatoes are good because they seem to help burn up the fat better than others, although I mix them with other raw veggies.

For dinner I have a chicken thigh, baked or cooked in the slow cooker, small potato, cooked veggies and lettuce. I love to eat romain or red letter alone (honeymoon salad), without dressing. You get used to not having salad dressing on raw veggies, especially if they are fresh.

Ocassionally, I treat myself -- but I say "ocassionally". My docotor suggested that because if you deprive yourself, you are more likely to go off your diet and spoil all your hard work.

Do not weigh yourself everyday. We sometimes carry more fluid in our bodies and weight goes up. We see that on the scale and become discouraged. I would suggest once weekly or every ten days.

If you tire of tuna, find another protein. If you tire of chicken thighs, find another protein.

Do not use dairy in any way, shape, or form. Do not use sugar or anything with sugar in it. Do not eat fried foods.
Do not cook with fat.

The only supplement you need is a good multi-vitamin.

Good luck -- I lost 30 pounds from April to September last year.

One night I ate an entire bag of potato chips (7500 calories). On rare occasions I would eat a whole pint of ice cream.

Almost forgot, you can have two slices of bread everyday. Use wholegrain or sourdough. That means a half sandwich for lunch you want it. Also, limit yourself to two servings of fresh fruit every day.

Grace to you and peace,
Amaleota

P.S. When you are feeling famished, eat grapes or a handful of peanuts.
