i eat fruits,veggies,and grains that causes excessive odorous gas. what can i d!

Did you just start this diet? Are you eating meats, or are you a full veggie?

It takes a while for your body to get used to digesting the whole foods that your eating. Its not used to getting the nutrients and fiber that its supposed to get. So give yourself some time.

You might also want to go through a detox. Thats going for a week with out eating anything, only drinking whole fruit natural juices and water everyday for about a week. The lack of food in your system with give your body a break and a chance to catch up and expell the built up toxins in your system. These toxins might be what is making the smell so bad.

Also drink ALOT of water. Remember, water is food too. Just like vitamin D is to calcium, it helps your body absorb the proper nutrients from your food.

Seriously, if you just changed your diet, it will take time for your body to adjust to the extra fiber and enzymes. I would make a more gradual transition to your foods of choice, and please yourself and those around you as well.

Drink carbohydrated drinks so you'll expell the gas building up in your stomach out of your mouth instead of out of your butt.
