how can i bench up to 300 pounds?!


Question: i'm 19 and weighing around 174 pounds , right now i can only bench about 132 pounds...

Do the your usual daily routine in reverse (isolation exercise first to pre-exhaust the main muscle). God diet, lots of protein, creatine, gakic, lukic, nitric oxide, glutamine, multivitamin, rest, WATER. What is more important than anything is to build up a strong core, strong triceps, and strong front delts, along with improving grip strength and forearms, once you have those strong, you will see gains in the bench. Dont be too concerned with building abig chest, its better to build everything else, and dont forget to build your back and rear shoulders to give you better balance.
