Question: i asked this and most of u asked my height and most of u said u dont need to lose weight..well i realy want too anyway so u can jst tell me a way plzzzz i jst wana lose like 5 ppunds no big deal .

well if you want to loose about 5 pounds i would say just don't eat as much junk food, and cut back on sodas. that would probably do it. since you are 15 your metabolism is high, so not going to be as hard to loose a few vanity pounds. but as you said, you really don't need to loose the weight. just saying be careful not to go to far and get yourself into something you can't get out of.
hi i did this and i lost 6 pounds in one week. well you eat that special k 2 to three times a day and no junk food and the special k cerial is soposed to replace the meals and it tasts good with some yogert and i garentee you will loose up to 6 pounds
All you need to do to lose weight is consume fewer calories than you burn. Creating a deficit of 500 calories a day, either by eating less or by exercising more, will lead to weight loss of a pound a week. If you're eating junk food and drinking sodas with sugar, cutting out 500 calories a day will be easy just by eliminating the sugary stuff.
