How do you lose belly fat quickly?!

I'm afraid that while you can target certain areas of your body to build muscle, losing fat does not work similarly.

Your body has a pre-determined way of losing weight. For me, I lose weight in my chest (sucks, doesn't it?), then my arms, then my stomach and then my thighs. This means that no matter how fast I try to lose weight in my stomach, first any weight loss I experience will show up in my chest first and then gradually my arms and then my stomach. You can probably figure out how your body is pre-determined by thinking back to how you gain weight. If you first gain weight in your thighs, then you will first lose weight in your thighs.

This of course means more work than one would expect, but perhaps it is worth it to you?

I read in prevention magazine that peanut butter helps.
Cardiovascular exercise a.k.a Running, Swimming, Biking, Walking. Do one of these things 3 x a week for 30 minutes at least. Do something active daily a.k.a wash your car, mow the lawn, take the stairs, park at the back of the lot. Moving onto nutrition, cut your calorie intake, cut back on fried foods, candy, soda. Increase fruits, vegetables, milk, whole grain bread. If you are male shoot for 1800-2200 calories a day, females 1600-2000. Research on a weight routine and do it 2 to 3 times a week. This will boost your metabolism and tone your body. Stay motivated and good luck.
Well I suppose it depends on what you mean by quickly. I found the Special K diet really helpful. I lost a total of 10 lbs in a month and a half. The majority of that weight was around my stomach. The way I am working on losing the rest is cardio exercises that are focused on the tummy area. Hip hope dance and Latin dance DVD'S are good. Also the Shape and Cruch ab DVD's are great. They combine cardio and toning exercises. The important thing to keep in mind is the way your body burns fat. Your body is very efficient so it burns fat from the inside first. So with all the exercises you do, your body burns the intramuscular fat first and then works it's way out. So even if it feels like you are not getting immediate results don't quit because you'll just set yourself back.

Well, tried all diets, none worked, due to my lack of int erst and esteem, but really what feels the best for you, do something that you enjoy doing that way it is fun rather than force yourself into something you hate, if you like running increase the distance you run, if its swimming a few more laps of the pool, what ever it is you like doing just do it more often and before you know it the weight will start to come off. Now follow my own advice.
There is no way to lose weight on just one spot of your body. The best way to improve your shape would be to follow a healthy diet and exercise plan. Cardiovascular exercise and weight exercises should be used, because cardio burns calories while you do it, but weight training increases your muscle and therefore you burn more calories even when not exercising.
