Don't wear too much eye liner, stick with an eye shadow that brings out the color in your eyes. Use a colored mascara (like brown or blue) and curl your eyelashes to open your eyes up. :)
There is a brand of make up called Almay, and they have created eyeshadows that came in with the specific combination that you need depending of your eye colour.the shadows are pretty nice and are good to use in daytime as night time ;) and to make the eye form a little more broad extend the shadow a little off from the sides and difuse it, use the darker colour to create that effect
I use a black eyeliner then apply powder eyeshadow or reguler, any bold color. It makes it last all day and makes your eyes pop.. i get compliments on my makeup all the time and its really simple
eyeliner and subtle eyeshadow always works for me.it also depends on the shape of your eyes
Eye liners and eye pencils are the best solutions. They will make every eye look much more colorful and alive. You could also use eyeshadow.
use black eyeliner on the bottom and black mascara on the top. try a contrasting color for eyeshadow-lavender maybe.
