Why do Gay men have speak with a lisp ?!

Question:
Answers:
Please try to don’t make a mix among gay, bi, effeminate, etc. etc….
Of course, a sissy guy will have his own specific characteristics, very different from a bi guy, that under any point of view (voice, behaviour, etc.) appears as a “normal” person! Eh?

Other Answers:
I think that's mainly a stereo type, there are gay people with lisps but for the most part they don't.

When gay people are portrayed in the media I would assume they use a lisp because it's a feminine way of talking no mattter what your sex is and of course a huge stereo type is that all gay men are effiminite. For the very few that I know they aren't girly and they do not have lisps.
