how do i become really strong powerful and tough and is picknweights bad for you!

Question: i mean how can i become like really strong if i ever get involved i a fight i dont die can you suggest foods or like minerals vitamins or whole grain and does the weights make you slow and how i dont care if i get fat i want to be fat
Answers:
I wouldn't suggest lifting weights until you're at least 12 years old. In the meantime, you can still build strength by doing exercises such as pushups and pullups.
Try doing 5 sets of both pushups and pullups, doing as many as you can with each set. Do this 3 days a week. You should become noticably stronger within a month or so.
Also make sure you run/jog at least twice a week.

As for vitamins, make sure you take a good multivitamin, in order to get all of the vitamins and minerals you need.

To gain weight, I'd suggest chocolate milk, peanut butter, and bread.
And no, weights do not make you slow.

could you rephrase this in a way that makes sense?
Well it took me a while to get what you're saying, but yes lifting weights at age 10 will be bad for you. But you can do stuff like push ups and pull ups that make you stronger
Youre 10yo? Right.

First off, in todays world, all the muscle you can muster will not prevent you from getting into a fight - and if you get into a fight, chances are the other person will be armed - and muscles dont stop bullets. Or knives. So, best bet is to avoid confrontations like this.

Secondly, if you seriously are ten years old, then you need not worry yourself about gaining muscle right now - in fact, working out can stunt your overall growth! It will or can delay puberty too! So, start lifting weights and you may end up the butt of someone's joking because you talk like Mike Tyson and youre still 4'2"..

Once youre into puberty, then start lifting weights. Its good for you!

get out and play on gymnastic equipment, play ball, run, do pressups and pullups, maybe try some wrestling or martial arts, have fun and be active that will make you strong for now

you have plenty of time to build your body more when you reach around 15 - you are to young to lift weights.
