i wanna know how to lose 10- 15 pounds in less like 5-7 days?!

If you want to look better in clothes, I would strongly recommend weight training -- lunges, squats, crunches, planks, push ups, bicep curls, etc. Maybe Pilates to strength your core and tone your legs. Based on your height and weight, the most that you can safely lose in a week would be five pounds, and that is assuming that you have a high reserve of glycogen and you haven't recently dieted.

Loosing that much weight in that amount of time is dnagerous, you shouldn't loose more than 2 pounds a week. Based on the size, height and weight you mentioned above loosing 10-15 pounds doesn't sound practical, I suggest seeing a doctor about a healthy weight range for you.

You're skinny! you're fine at your own weight. If it's people who are pressuring you to lose weight then that's just wrong..
But if you really need to.. drop the unhealthy sugar intake(candy and stuff) and lower your calorie intake to 1500.. if you do rollerblading for 4 hours at a local skating rink then you lose 2000 calories.. Be healthy about it.. eat, don't wait until you are shaky because you are hungery. Drink at least 8-10 water bottles a day..

Personal Experience.. people used to say I was fat.. I then was size 8.. and I starved myself skinnier, and got made fun of twice as worse(only lasted 14 days).. so then I got into a nervise fit and ate alot and gained to size 12 and my mom finally stepped in and sent me to a different school because of the "bad" influence. don't let that happen to you k?
