Dieting and Weight Loss 'Truths' are a pile of Crap!

There are a lot of so-called 'diet food no-nos' that everyone seems to respect that are complete balderdash. Many weight losing 'truths' are also rubbish. When you see someone overweight concentrating on food, especially on diet foods (lite, light, low, lo-, lo-carb, etc.) you can be sure of one thing: they'll be buying those foods and drinks for the rest of their lives and supporting that food company forever and will gain weight, not lose it, over time.

Focusing on your gut exercise will only give you strong abs beneath rolls of fat. if you wish to lose weight (a bad idea: the concentration should be on converting fat to muscle by burning fat) you must concentrate on aerobic activity. 40 minutes daily aerobics 6-7 times a week is crucial. Building muscle in concert with aerobics dramatically increases the metabolism, so you can literally burn more fat while you sleep since each new pound of muscle will metabolize six extra pounds of fat every year for the rest of your life.

The only diet that works is a natural diet that concentrates on good healthy foods as close to their natural state (unprocessed) as possible. That diet will naturally be largely 'greaseless,' or low-fat and those fats will be largely healthy fats not the ones dangerous to your cardio-vascular system. Whole grain bread and eggs and potatoes are yes-yesses not 'no-nos' in such a regimen and of course fresh fruits and vegetables are the ultimate winning plan in the battle of the tape.

Trust your feelings by listening to your body, and the tapemeasure and buy yourself a body-fat scale. Good luck.

its natural order, luv yurself, every one luvs a woman wit curve!
it'll take some time..but keep at it and constantly try to push yourself harder and harder..you have to push past the burn in order to start showing results.
Gut fat is the hardest to lose. You didn't mention your age. If you are still young, it shouldn't be too hard. When you get ancient like me, it's there for good (unless you can afford liposuction, and I sure can't). Muscles lose their tone as you age and it's tougher. Keep up with the crunches. Persevere! Good luck.
it ios in the system of your body.not in your diet alone.if your already healthy, enjoy!
You need a personal gym instructor. They will focus on your abs, and help you achieve your goal.and keep to their plan. I promise you, you will be happy with the results.
Count your calories.allow yourself so many a day. What you are doing is great. Cut out all junk food, soft drinks, etc. That alone will make you gain weight. Deit Coke keep water weight on you. Make sure that you don't go under 1200 calories a day though. That is anorexia, and in some cases you wont even lose weight that way either, just damage yor organs to the point that they will shut down. Good job so far, and give it time. Exercise at least 3 times a week.
i don't know why but i can suggest something to get a nutreses doctor to help u
we all have at least one area where we preferentially store fat - be it tummy, love handles, butt, top of thighs etc

that will be the hardest area to lose fat from and take the longest.

you need to perservere with your diet and exercise and be patient - it probalby took years for the fat to build up so it will take some time to disappear.

Make sure you sleep well - people who sleep badly tend to get fat and not be able to lose it, and dont eat after around 7 at night either. Keep at it - it will happen!
try green tea.drink 2 bags of cellestial springs green tea in the green box.
