All breast sizes are good in their own way. Small ones are good because you can get away braless. Also, you can find the good cheap bras easily. They appear to be more manageable as far as clothing. Large ones are good for getting out of traffic tickets and getting free stuff. But it is a pain in the "breast" trying to find a good bra that won't cut into your shoulders or have that aggravating wire or are at a reasonable price. I am a 42DDD. I don't know, just try to love what you have.

A good breast size is one that looks natural for your body type. Bigger is not always better. If you have bigger/rounder hips and butt, then bigger breasts would most likely match. But, if you aren't so curvy then smaller breasts would most likely match. Also, it depends a lot on your attitude. You can have small breasts and still be incredibly sext if you have the right attititude.
But most of all.keep them natural. Breast augmentation almost never looks natural. All of the guys i know (including myself) would much rather have a woman have smaller natural breasts than larger fake ones.
