lay on your back and hold your legs against your body it helps i know
take some aleve right now, then go to the Drs, hopefully an ob/gyn, and get some birth control to relieve the cramps
Bladder attack!Apendix! Food Poisoning ! Menstral Cramps! Go see a doctor !
I had really bad cramps the other day I couldnt even sit down comfortably, Im pregnant, so I hope it doesnt interfer with my baby. But anyways, what worked super fast is my Fiance made me sit down and watch TV to take my mind off of it, then he came back with a really hot rag, and held it right on the cramp for me.. it worked so fast and I felt so alive after that. Hes super great at fixin me up.
I bet when you threw up you had blood in it so really on top of having bad *** cramps you are also bulmic.who in the world throws up to get rid of cramps?
Firstly, I can't see that throwing up would make them better as you would be aggravating the tummy muscles more. Secondly, is it period cramps or other cramps. If it's period cramps and you suffer like this every month, then check with your gynae for endometriosis. If not, then check when u last passed solids, as you might be constipated. Try eating some dried fruits or a natural releaser like Senakot (available from your chemist). Otherwise, the best home remedy is some peppermint tea or add a drop of peppermint drops (also available from your chemist) to cold water. If it still persists, then see a gynae and GP.

my brain.
sounds just like what I had when my appendix went.

best way to test it is to press in on your appendix area (about a fist away from your belly button and down an inch or two).

Press that area down and then release your hand quickly. Did you get shooting pain then? Thats your appendix. get to a hospital before it erupts!

If not, then go see your doctor or walk-in clinic
