How do you avoid a stiff back in the morning?!


Question: Is there a better way to lie? What is the best position to reduce stress all around? What are the best supplementary pillow sizes and placements?

Try one of those Buckwheat pillows. It helps keep everything aligned in your spine while you sleep. Been over 5 years I've used one, and have NOT woken up to a backache since.

lay on your side and try to keep your room cool b/c a lot of heat usually causes uncomfortable sleep. The best thing for stress is usually exercise for example play a little basketball. Just get loose before you lie down.
