My tummy puffs up as soon as I eat. I feel blooted all the time. Help?!

Question: I excercise at least three times per week and try to eat less. I feel like everything I eat turns to fat. My metabolism seems to be stuck
Answers:
no.my stomach does that too, a LOT of people do.its because you just ate.i mean youre putting something in there, its gonna show. also, if youre drinking soda when you eat thats going to cause bloating more than anything because all of the carbination.so try drinking tea or lemonade when you eat instead of soda.

You should eat more roughage.
It sounds to me as though you might have an intolerance to certain foods. Does your belly hurt or feel uncomfortable after you eat? You may well have a wheat intolerance, or even at an extreme, you may have coeliacs, which is a gluten intolerance.

If your metabolism is slow, it could just be how you naturally are, but it could be an underactive thyroid. I think the best thing to do is speak to the doctor about it, and he will lead you through aprocess of deducing if it is any of these things.
its gas eating less will make you gain more weight just work out more
eat slowly, and make sure that you chew your food well. Also try not to eat large meals-I have been in the trap of not eating for ages then eating tons in on sitting-this really bloats me. so eat lots of very small bits trhoughout the day. Also I find that if I eat lots of carbs late at night i feel bloated.I constantly drink green tea and jasmine tea-after a meal green tea is so good at getting rid of the bloating feeling.
Try that new Activia youghurt my husband has similar symptoms and he has one of those per day and says it helps with the bloated feeling.
