chew your food for a really long time.i know it sounds silly but it tricks your brain into thinkikng you've eaten more than you have. try it it works

Baked Beans and Rice. I lived on them both when I was a student.
Fastfood from Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's, etc. Get stuff from the "dollar menu", "99cent menu" etc. They are filling and cheap!

Oh and ramen noodles. The ones that cost like $1 for a 10pack.
Food with lost of fiber help fill you up faster and stay with you longer and the best part is they are healty for you. They general dont cost much
Hi there, hi fibre food is good, but the key is to eat slowly, your brain does not register that food has gone in to the body for approx 20 mins.
Foods with carbohydrates and fiber will probably be your best bet. Bread, cereals, rice, etc.

However, you should try to eat as much of a balanced diet as possible. If you can't afford to buy a wider variety of foods than maybe you can start taking a multi-vitamin.

Micronesians cool coconuts, cut the end off, and drink the liquid inside. This is VERY filling. Then open the coconut and peel out the inside to eat. It's delicious, filling, and cheap.
soup! Make your own using a bouillon cube and cheap veggies-you can eat loads of it and it has hardly any calories! Eat slowly, and you will think you are more full! also you can make a big batch of it and save it for a few days.
