Excessive alcohol intake can be a major cause, as can a cold, or if you have a blocked nose (so any allergies can often cause it too). I've been told in the past that a good cure is to place lavender or camomile under your pillow, as the vapours help relax and ease any blockage in the nasal passage. There are loads of products in pharmacies that you can purchase though.
Get nose plugs
behind the soft palate, if there is a little excessive overgrowth of the mucous membrane, this can lead to obstruction in air passage and thus leads to snoring just like we whistle.it is inevitable in old men while medicinal or surgical intervention treats it in young.
Snoring is caused by blockage of the airways in the back of the mouth and nose. These airways can be blocked for many reasons, such as excess neck tissue caused by being over-weight or a stuffy nose caused by allergies or a cold. Some people who snore have sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is present when a person repeatedly stops breathing for 10 to 15 seconds or longer during sleep. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, sleeping pills, and antihistamines before bedtime. Sleep on your side rather than your back. Sew a pocket onto the back of your pjay top, and put a tennis ball inside the pocket. This will keep you from sleeping on your back. An examination of the nose, mouth, and neck may be needed for people who snore.
