I was diagnosed with arthritis when I was having numbness in my left hand. My husband was afraid I was having a heart attack! I had numbness sometimes, and a tingling sometimes like my hand had been asleep and I couldn't shake it hard enough to get the tingling to go away. Oh, and I kept dropping stuff. Of course it can be your circulation and it could also be attributed to diabetes. You definitely need to get it checked out.
