Honestly dude, there's no fast or easy way. if you're like me, try cutting off dumb stuff thats fatning, like the amount of cokes you drink. that's one example. eat a little healthier, skip beer and pizza and eat a salad and drink some water or juice. it's much healthier for one thing.

as for exersing, its necessary. you dont need to go to a gym, not at all, but if you do, it's a great motivator just being there. for me atleast. find a work out buddy or something. wanna be in a good shape? easy. find a buddy and compete. put something at stake. not like one dollar though, don't be a cheap-o.be creative. a dinner steak? hope this helps.

go to the gym and run for 30 minutes and then use weights for your arms, chest, legs and always stretch before any exercise..and also eat less fat and less sugars and drink lost of water, no coffee, no alcohol, no smoking and sleep well..Do that every day for two weeks, without missing a day and you will make a big change...try it but first seek medical advise from your doctor

my personal experience....t
"fast and easy"..two adjectives that don't go well together when describing getting in shape. Depending on how out of shape one is one can get in shape fast.but not easy. In fact, just think about everything you don't want to do, because that would make it difficult.then do it. And remember, it takes three weeks to form a habit. Forming the habit is the hardest part. So ascetically lay off the sweets and exercise for three weeks and then measure the level of how bad you want it based on how you feel and not what the scale says.
First find out how many calories you burn on a daily basis through your BMR and AMR calculation.

That gives you a starting point based on how many calories you should eat a day to maintain or lose weight. Combine a good diet, lean meats, no carbs after 6pm, only complex carbs before 6pm, plenty of veggies with a diligent exercise regimen of strength conditioning and aerobic exercise (at least 3-4 times per week) and you'll get in shape in no time.

This however takes an incredible amount discipline. I suggest seeking a qualified strength and conditioning specialist or personal trainer in your area to help you meet your goals.
