How can i increase my weight by 10 kgs. in one month?!


Question: I am 5'5" tall, 28 yrs old guy. my weight is only 45 kgs.

Depends on if you want fat or muscle. If you dont care just eat lots of carbs. That much wieght in one month is just not healthy. I would carb up and start a heavy weight regimine with more weight than reps. Try to gain as much muscle as possible. Muscle is more massive than fat. The first week you will be sore as hell but then it will get better.
it is so easy,i have been in that situation, the solution is simply by weight training, in 4 weeks you will notice the difference.
it doesn't means that making your body bulky but instead making your body lean with a shape..
