Are you overwhelmed by something? Did you scare yourself? have yourself scared? umm did you just exersize? did you do something strenuous? there are a lot of answers for that. You could be infatuated with someone, and are being mesmerized by their beauty.
you may be having a panic attack.
Could be because of high blood pressure or Asthamic symptoms .. check out with a doctor.. donot delay.
to much stress can cause you to have a panic attack,which feels like you can catch ur breath.and it will scare you,so dnt get to scare since your already haveing a panic attack. make the house dark,lay down and relax,try not to think about nothing.drink some warm tea,something to relax you.
Do you have a hx of a medical condition called SVT which causes a very fast heart rate and shortness of breath? Or a condition call Atrial Fib with Rapid Ventricular response that could speed the heart up. Checking it out with a doctor at your next vist would be a good idea

There are 4 things that I can think of, here they are:
1) Asthma
2) SVT
3) Anxiety Attack
4) Bronchitis
But honestly, you really need to get them symptoms checked out by a Dr. This isn't healthy at all.
